Finally, Holiday tips that actually make sense!!!!! It's the season when the food police come out with their wagging fingers and annual tips on how to get through the holidays without gaining 10 pounds. You can't pick up a magazine without finding a list of holiday eating do's and don'ts.

Eliminate second helpings, high-calorie sauces and cookies made with butter, they say. Fill up on
vegetable sticks, they say. Good grief. Is your favorite childhood memory of Christmas a carrot
stick? I didn't think so. Isn't mine, either. A carrot was something you left for Rudolph. I have my own list of tips for holiday eating. I assure you, if you follow them, you'll be fat and happy. So what if you don't make it to New Year's? Your pants won't fit anymore, anyway.

1. About those carrot sticks. Avoid them. Anyone who puts carrots on a holiday buffet table knows nothing of the Christmas spirit. In fact, if you see carrots, leave immediately. Go next door, wherethey're serving rum balls.

2. Drink as much eggnog as you can. And quickly. Like fine single-malt scotch, it's rare. In fact, it's even rarer than single-malt scotch. You can't find it any other time of year but now. So drink up! Who cares that it has 10,000 calories in every sip? It's not as if you're going to turn into an egg-nogaholic or something. It's a treat. Enjoy it. Have one for me. Have two. It's later than you think. It's Christmas!

3. If something comes with gravy, use it. That's the whole point of gravy. Pour it on. Make a volcano out of your mashed potatoes. Fill it with gravy. Eat the volcano. Repeat.

4. As for mashed potatoes, always ask if they're made with skim milk or whole milk. If it's skim,
pass. Why bother? It's like buying a sports car with an automatic transmission.

5. Do not have a snack before going to a party in an effort to control your eating. The whole point of going to a Christmas party is to eat other people's food for free. Lots of it. Hello? Remember college?

6. Under no circumstances should you exercise between now and New Year's. You can do that in
January when you have nothing else to do. This is the time for long naps, which you'll need after
circling the buffet table while carrying a 10-pound plate of food and that vat of eggnog.

7. If you come across something really good at a buffet table, like frosted Christmas cookies in the
shape and size of Santa, position yourself near them and don't budge. Have as many as you can
before becoming the center of attention. They're like a beautiful pair of shoes. You can't leave them
behind. You're not going to see them again.

8. Same for pies. Apple. Pumpkin. Mincemeat. Have a slice of each. Or, if you don't like mincemeat, have two apples and one pumpkin. Always have three. When else do you get to have more than one dessert? Labor Day?

9. Did someone mention fruitcake? Granted, it's loaded with the mandatory celebratory calories, but avoid it at all cost. I mean, have some standards, mate.

10. And one final tip: If you don't feel terrible when you leave the party or get up from the table, you
haven't been paying attention. Reread tips. Start over. But hurry! Cookieless January is just around the corner.

Well we spent the day with the Japanese Tv today. It was Nipon KEI television.Its going to air in Japan around January 5th. It was definetly an "experience". I must say the tv there is not anything like American television. They do not have the censor limitations we have here.I was extremely suprised when halway through the show they said ok take your clothes off. I mean yes we do that everyday here but it was a real suprise to have a television program telling us to. Whenever I have sent models to shows here we have to usually remind everyone to stay cool and not step over the censor bounds.

All in all it was interesting but I did feel we were being made fun of for our size. Since I do not speak Japanese I can't say for sure but it did seem so.Especially when were asked to cram huge pastries int o our faces and say oh yumm i cant get enough. Thats the one thing i actually refused for us to do for them. I know we do feeder stuff on here put thats done to an audience that enjoys seeing whats portrayed. I just couldnt do it to be laughed at and be poked fun at. It was bad enough they were poking fun of my size and hw many skinny japanese could fit in just one of my body. Well I have Great News.I may have very limited mobility but this FAT CHICK can RUN!!!!!! Ok let me set the scene for you. Please try to refrain from falling off your seat from laughing at me.It was 4 AM in the morning. I woke up headed to the bathroom and opened the door. I saw something flash by my eyes on the floor so i stood back to take a 2nd look. i realized it was a huge FROG eeeek. If theres one thing I hate are frogs. I am petrified of a frog! Well a few things to say today. First of all I hope you enjoyed watching our food fest.I am sooooo worn out! I am hoping most of you actually missed last night show. Thats was down right embarassing to our poor model. So if you did see it Please don't tease Bonita! Well I did it!!!! Last night I just got up out of bed tossed the Keys to Siren and said Lets go. So Siren,Sid & I went for a ride in the Van. I have to admit it was VERY strenuous. It was a long hike to the van cause I did not use the scooter to leave the house. I wanted to walk out of here on my own two feet. It was about 80 feet to the van from my bed.I hadnt walked more then 15 feet a in well over a year.I hadn't stood for more then five minutes. I was in such a panic I need my asthma inhalers as I walked. Step by step I gained momentum. I kept claiming it as something I could do. Before I knew it i was at the door ready to get past the hurdle of the step. I had not tackled a step in a 18 months but I WAS doing it and I did.By the time I got to my front Gate I was winded but I saw the VAn 15 feet ahead and I knew that I was making it and that there was no turning back.It was like the last mile in a long race.The finish line. I stepped carefully onto the lift and in a momentary panic realized that lift had to carry this 600 lb body up in the air. I freaked for a second realizing it. I think Siren realized it and grabbed my hand.She pressed the lift button and i was suspended into the air towards the van. Granted it was just a few feet up but to me it was a lifetime.I stepped into my Van. Turned at sat my wide Ass on the bench and tried to finally breath. As most of you know I am on oxygen but my oxygen had to get unhooked to do this cause it did not reach. We have a power inverter inside the van for it so I had to wait a few minutes for that too. So I was doing all this moving under myown limited oxxygen which was even more limited by my exertion. The doors closed as the lift came up and we started the engine and pulled away from the house. OMG 8 years later and it hit me. The Fat Lady had left the building and NO ONE was home.We drove to 7 11 first. First it hit me that there are no longer gas stations where people pump your gas. Then I saw all the changes in roads 4 lanes where two used to be. Big changes everywhere.We drove around for an hour and came home and once again I had the walk. I was home from my adventure.I basically laid down and crashed for 8 hours. Had not slept straightg through like that in 8 years. This body was WORN out!

Well yesterday was a trumatic experience.I am glad i wrote about it and discussed it with my friends.It really helped. I received so many emails from others out there sharing their stories of fear that it made me feel a lot better. Always seems that no matter how bad one feels in their own situation there is always someone out there in a worse situation.

I know I can get out of here and get in my van. It will be ok to cry if I need to and to feel anxious. After all I have been inside for 8 years. This is no different then coming out of a long jail sentence. Its been almost a decade and so much has changed.

My daughter was telling me about the supermarket and i realized in terror that I no longer knew how to shop. I do not even own a purse or a pair of shoes.I guess we all know where my first trip will be LOL This fat chick needs shoes. If I can squeeze my fat toes into some LOL

As a lot of you know I have spent 8 years in my house getting more immobile as time has passed. Well in the last few months I have been working hard to reverse that. I want to get out in the world again. Please don't get me wrong.No need to rush to your phones in a panic I'm not having WLS nor am I on a DIET. I am trying to be healthier.I am trying to get some mobility back.

As you know I got my scooter and Van a week ago.Up till tonight I have had help doing many tasks for myself in my house. Tonight my brave new Roommates.I call them Angels of Hell who have come to assist me in my task of getting mobile out of the goodness of their hearts.Todays torture was actually getting me out in my back yard.I moved in this house 8 years ago but have actually never stepped out my patio door until tonight.

They moved a twin bed out there put a drop cloth on ot and I went out to the bed and laid on it. They were going to take huge buckets of warm water and shower me out back. What a show for my neighbors 620 lbs of nude chick taking a bath. Before they could start though suddenly I broke into sobs and could not stop crying for 20 minutes. I think I scared them and me. It was a very over whelming step getting out that back door. I just really needed to share this with others out there. Anyone else been shut in and then suddenly face going out? I know my back yard is not really "out" yet . However at that moment I felt like i was miles away.Now I'm terrified to get into my van.

Well this next week should be interesting. Id going to be off visiting a few site members this week and making some interesting movies. I think i am going to even get in one of these. If I get the courage to leave my house!

Just when I thought this weekend wasnt going to get better. Wow what a day! I have been so stressed out lately and I really needed to have a day of pure fun so today was the day to do it. From the time I got up I just had a great day. Great day today. My friend Megan from Jacksonville spent the day with me annd brought a nice friend of hers to. She came with a huge bag of goodies and prepared the best dinner I have had in a year! There were 4 of us. Larry, Paul, Megan and I . She made this incredible tasting Roast Beef, with horseradish cream sauce, baby glazed carrots,brocolli with hollondaise sauce, Crusty Potatoes, Baked glazed onions, stuffed baked tomato with cheese and garlic bread. For dessert there was Pecan Pie and vanilla ice cream.OH MY GOD it was good.

Well today was very enjoyable. Spent the day with Daytona Babe & Sabrina. We hung out all afternoon then we decided that it was time to eat. Sorry for the silence today. My daughter was in a really bad car wreck. She was hit by a drunk & drugged up driver that had no license.He left the scene of the accident after. I always dreaded getting one of those 3 am phone calls from the police. This one came from the ER. Thankfully my daughter drives really well and she thought to swerve as she was hit. The police said had she hit head on shed be dead.Thankfully she was left with just emotional & barely visible injuries.Her roomate had some spinal & neck injuries but nothing that time wont heal thank god.
